1. wake up in the morning
2. reach out for your DIAPASON.
3. sit straight on your bed and prime your thoughts
4. repeat your own mantra (could be anything) or intention for the day
(“I am going to relish this day”) for about 10-20min

5. allow patience and time, and remember that your focus determines your reality.
